REST
To wake feeling refreshed after a nourishing night of deep, sound sleep makes the day feel doable. Your mind is clear and fresh. You can move forward on your path.
NSDR or non sleep deep rest, is a transformative series of techniques used to guide the body into sleep while the mind remains awake and travels into deep unconscious.
Here we can begin to meet Yoga Nidra and with time and practice work with our life’s intention, our true north. Here we can return to rest.
