Miriam blends myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, hot stones, and cupping, along with decades of experience, and a deeply held knowledge of anatomy to provide lasting relief from chronic and acute pain patterns.
About Miriam
For over two decades, Miriam has worked in the wellness world, as a yoga instructor, massage therapist, Registered Nurse, Breathwork healer, and teacher. Her work in the world is informed by her extensive training in both allopathic and alternative healing methods, as well as her own journey learning to be a single parent while trying to stay grounded, energetic, and authentic for her children and her own path in the midst of life’s realities. Miriam loves playing in the woods with her kids and dogs, reading, the magic of caring for the body with the food we eat, and anything that brings her deeper into her own healing path.
