I am Miriam Deems,
lifelong yogi, bodyworker, light walker, kitchen witch, and (a work in progress) stressed single mom of two amazing tiny humans. I use trauma informed Breathwork, non sleep deep practices like the techniques of Yoga Nidra, bodywork, and somatic healing to gently guide people out of the stress and business of their minds and back into their bodies, where they can rest, heal, and come back into alignment with their authentic self, the self they came here to be.
You cannot truly rest until you learn to rest in yourself.
